Academic Mentorship
Teaching has always been a passion of mine.
I grew up in a family of teachers and professors, where education was viewed not simply as a path to academic success, but as a way to develop curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning. While my professional career has been in building innovative technology products and solutions, I have always enjoyed helping students understand challenging concepts and discover the satisfaction that comes from mastering them.
My Teaching Philosophy: E3
This Philosophy guides me throughout my personal and professional life.
Explore
Every student learns differently.
Before teaching a concept, I spend time understanding where a student is struggling, what misconceptions may exist, and how they learn best. The goal is to identify the root cause rather than simply address the symptoms.
Educate
Once the gaps are identified, I focus on building understanding through examples, visual explanations, real-world applications, and step-by-step reasoning.
I believe students learn best when concepts become intuitive rather than something to memorize.
Enable
The ultimate goal is independence.
I want students to leave with the confidence and problem-solving skills needed to succeed on their own, not become dependent on a tutor.
